Oh mylanta- it is 2013

It has been interesting to go back over the posts from this blog and see all that I have learned about nutrition. It makes me all excited- yay personal growth! I can only be described as obsessed with food and nutrition and I am just super excited to getting back to blogging and sharing what I have learned this far.

2012 in recap.... Married my best friend-lost 15 pounds-traveled to Italy, Mexico, and Canada for Lyndard Skynard (randomn) and we were able to host our very first family Christmas in our new house. We currently have 2 dogs, 2 outdoor cats and a very friendly possum.

2013 Since we got married I have been cooking up storm- mostly cookies. This has caused some issues with our diet and our midsection....got to reel it back in. (Picture the girl from Shallow Hal....diving board scene) Goals so far-  Identify best eating habits for myself and my husband, start our backyard garden, look for fun ways to include movement and strength training, learn how to make jelly, can vegetables (from my garden of course), makeover our first house, pay off students loans, travel in the US of A for a change, lots of cooking classes, send birthday cards to everyone this year, and of course maybe a little one?? Cannot even believe I just typed this. AGHHH

SO this is what I will be blogging about. If you are interested stay tuned....it will be a really fun year!
