Okay so I am already behind. So what. I just got the great idea to do the human experiment....so get over it. I am going to give a recap summary of what we have eaten so far. Everything has been delicious except for a completely failed attempt at no sugar macaroons...never again.

Breakfast options:

3 eggs, spinach, teaspoon of coconut oil, teaspoon of homemade salsa
 
Meat crust quiche adapted from paleomg.com/meat-crust-quiche/

Whole foods extravaganza with Kombucha ( not pictured) and messy desk ( pictured) 
 
Dinner:
 



 Chuck roast with veggies(on top)
Chicken stew with avocado and cilantro ( on bottom)
 
Desserts....
 
WAH WAH WAH
